What to Post When Your Fitness App Has No Face on Camera
September 30, 2026 · 5 min read
A lot of fitness apps stall because the founder does not want to be a TikTok trainer. You do not have to. The post can teach one decision in text.
Make the posts for your app
Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes, designs and schedules the slideshows.

Text slideshows. A hook, three short points, a last slide with the app. Photos can be a gym floor, a pair of shoes, a kitchen counter, or a simple color. The words do the work.
Screen recordings. Ten seconds of your app opening today's workout, with the steps written on screen. People need to see that the app is real.
Before-the-gym decisions. "What to do on day 1", "what to skip if you are short on time", "how to pick a weight the first week". These are useful even when nobody is demonstrating a lift.
What to skip until you have a face
Long form-check videos, "watch me train" vlogs, and duets that need your body in frame. Those formats reward a person, not an app. You can add them later. They are not the starting plan.
A week of posts with nobody on camera
- "Day 1 at the gym: the only three machines you need."
- "You are not lazy. The plan was too long."
- A screen recording of one workout in the app.
- "What 20 minutes at home actually looks like."
- "The sentence to tell yourself when you want to skip."
Same app, five angles, no talking head. If writing the lines is the bottleneck, paste your store link into Alma and edit the slides it gives you, or type your own lines and have them designed as-is.
