What to Post for a Pumping and Feeding Log App
September 30, 2026 · 5 min read
Pumping logs exist because someone is managing ounces, time, and a job. The post should help that person, not recruit them into a feeding debate.
Make the posts for your app
Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes, designs and schedules the slideshows.
Start in MakePosts
- "Log the session before you put the parts in the sink, or you will forget the number."
- "A day view: left, right, time, stash. Nothing motivational on top."
- "What to show a lactation consultant if you choose to see one. The app is not the consultant."
- "A reminder during a workday, discreet notification text."
- "Share with a partner only if you turn that on."
Stay out of the fight
Do not compare feeding methods. Do not use the word "should" about a body. Do not show someone's milk, body, or baby as creative. A table of numbers you invented as an example, clearly labeled, is the visual.
Privacy
Say if the log is medical-feeling data and how export and delete work. People tracking this are already exposed in a dozen ways at work. Your app should be the quiet one. The last slide is a single session logged in a few taps, because that is the only feature that matters at a desk.
