Slideshow Ideas for a Baby Sleep App for Parents
September 30, 2026 · 5 min read
Baby sleep is a fight online. Your app does not have to join a camp to be useful. Parents want a record and a plan they chose, not a stranger's ideology at 2am.
See how Alma automates this
The short report on how Alma turns an app link into posts that go out every day.

- "Write down when they actually slept, not when you hoped."
- "The last wake window, so you are not guessing at bedtime."
- "A log you can show a pediatrician if you are worried."
- "What the app will not do: hear the baby, or tell you that you are doing it wrong."
- "Share the night with a partner so one of you isn't the only historian."
- "A note for the nap that happened in the car. It counts."
- "Age ranges differ. Don't let a single schedule pretend it fits every month."
Claims
Do not promise through-the-night sleep. Do not sell a method as safe for every baby. If you teach a method, name it and tell people to use judgment and their clinician. The slideshow can still be valuable if all it does is make the pattern visible.
No photos of other people's babies. A dark nursery corner or a clock is enough.
