Carousel Ideas for a Running Shoe Mileage Tracker
September 30, 2026 · 4 min read
Runners retire shoes late because the number lives in their head. Your post can be the nudge, without pretending to be a doctor.

The short report on how Alma turns an app link into posts that go out every day.

- "The pair you love is allowed to be done."
- "Log the shoes you already have, including the guess."
- "Rotate two pairs if you can. Here is why people do it, in plain words: they dry out."
- "A reminder at a mileage you choose, not a scare at a number we invented."
- "What to write down when you buy them: date and the first run."
- "Racing flats are not daily trainers. Track them apart."
Do not promise injury prevention
You do not know that a new shoe will stop a pain. You know a log helps someone notice age and miles. Say that. Suggest a clinician or a fitter if something hurts. Shoe brands and models can be examples, not a ranking you were paid for unless you mark it.

Two pairs, two numbers, one of them close to the user's own limit. That picture is the whole ad.
