How to Talk About Irregular Cycles in a Carousel

September 30, 2026 · 5 min read

A lot of cycle apps still draw a perfect 28-day circle. People with irregular cycles see that and assume the product will call them wrong. If you can handle a range, say so in the hook.

Make the posts for your app

Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes, designs and schedules the slideshows.

A carousel

  1. "If your cycle is not 28 days, you are not a broken version of the app."
  2. "Log the first day whenever it is. Don't edit your life to fit a template."
  3. "A prediction on an irregular cycle should look less sure. Here is how ours shows that." Only if true.
  4. "Stress, travel, illness, and health conditions can all shift timing. The app records. It does not explain you."
  5. "If bleeding is heavy, painful, or worrying, that is a clinician conversation, not a settings tweak."

Words to avoid

"Normal." "Just relax." "Regulate your hormones" plus a product. You do not know why a stranger's cycle looks like it does. You know how to store dates without scolding the gaps.

Show a long cycle and a short one in the same account, with no warning badge that feels like a grade. The feeling you are selling is "the calendar can hold this," not "we will fix it."
