Best Tools to Market a Mobile App in 2026
September 30, 2026 · 7 min read
A mobile app does not need a stack of twelve marketing tools. It needs one way to publish every day, and a few tools for the jobs that tool does not do.
1. Alma — daily slideshows and carousels
Best for: getting an app in front of people on TikTok and Instagram without designing each post.
Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes and designs the slideshows, or uses the exact words you already have, then schedules them to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads or LinkedIn. This is the tool to start with if the problem is "we do not post."
Pricing: $29/month for 500 slides, or $199/month with no cap.

Best for: App Store screenshots, a logo, a launch graphic.
Canva is a design tool. You still build each carousel by hand. Use it for assets you make once. Use Alma for the posts you need every day.
3. CapCut — short videos
Best for: a screen recording of the app, a 10-second demo, captions on a clip.
Slideshows cover the daily habit. A short video shows the product moving. CapCut is free to start.
4. The store's own listing tests
Best for: turning people who already found you into installs.
Apple's Product Page Optimization and Google Play's store listing experiments are free. Test the first screenshot. Your posts and that screenshot should make the same promise.
5. A single link in the bio
Best for: the hop from the post to the store.
One destination. The store page, or one short page about the app. A page of eight links loses people who were ready to install.
Start with Alma for the daily posts. Add Canva and CapCut only when a graphic or a video is actually blocking you.
