Hooks for a Fertility Awareness App
September 30, 2026 · 5 min read
Fertility awareness is easy to oversell and dangerous to oversell. An app can hold charts. It cannot, by itself, be a person's method, their clinician, or a promise of a pregnancy or of avoiding one.
See how Alma automates this
The short report on how Alma turns an app link into posts that go out every day.
Read the carousel reportHooks that stay honest
- "A chart you fill in. The app does not know your body if you skip the data."
- "This takes a daily observation. If you want something you never think about, this isn't it."
- "Learn a method from a qualified teacher. The app stores the chart."
- "An estimate on a screen is not a green light."
- "What we will not do: tell you that you are covered."
- "Bring the chart to someone trained. Don't argue with a screenshot alone."
Say who it is for
People trying to conceive and people avoiding pregnancy do not want the same headline. Split the posts. In both cases, avoid guarantees, odds, and cute stork imagery that trivializes either goal.

Show a chart with missing days, and the wording you use when data is incomplete. Perfect demo charts teach people to trust a picture the app should not be confident about.
