What to Post for a Gluten-Free Recipe App
September 30, 2026 · 5 min read
Gluten-free is not one audience. Some people have celiac disease, some have a sensitivity, some are cooking for a guest. Your post has to say who it is for, or the most careful person will not trust you and the casual person will be bored.
Make the posts for your app
Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes, designs and schedules the slideshows.
Start in MakeSay the limit
- "Gluten-free ingredients" is not the same as "safe for celiac" if you have not talked about cross-contact.
- If you do not control a kitchen, do not promise a medical level of safety.
- Name the flour or the swap, so the recipe is checkable.
Posts that help
- "The swap in this pasta dish, and what changes in the timing."
- "A week of dinners that are gluten-free from the start, not a sad version."
- "What to ask at a restaurant, as a script."
- "Snacks you can find at a normal grocery store, brand named only if you mean that brand."
- "Baking: the one thing that usually goes wrong, and the fix you use."
Do not treat it as a diet trend
Weight-loss framing on a gluten-free recipe is how you lose the people who need the recipe. They are not here for that. They are here so dinner is not a risk or a disappointment.
