What to Post for an Anxiety Breathing App

September 30, 2026 · 5 min read

A breathing app is a timer for a pattern. Market the pattern and the moment. Do not market a cure.

Make the posts for your app

Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes, designs and schedules the slideshows.

Start in Make

Say it in the post and in the app: this is not medical care, and if someone is in crisis they need local emergency help, not a slideshow.

A post that teaches one pattern

Slide one: the moment. "In line, and your chest is loud."

Slide two: the pattern in words. "In for 4, out for 6" or whatever you actually use. Do not stack three techniques.

Slide three: how many rounds. A small number.

Slide four: "If it makes you dizzy, stop." That line builds more trust than any calm aesthetic.

Slide five: the app runs the count so they don't have to watch the clock.

What not to claim

Do not say the exercise stops a panic attack, fixes anxiety, or replaces therapy. People in the middle of one do not need a false promise, and you do not need that liability as a growth strategy.

When to post

Commute hours and late evening, when the body is already busy. A beautiful gradient at noon is optional. The count is the content.
