Why 'Just Breathe' Posts Do Not Get Saved

September 30, 2026 · 4 min read

"Just breathe" is advice everyone has already scrolled past. It cannot be saved because there is nothing to do with it later. A saveable post has a pattern and a situation.

Make the posts for your app

Paste your App Store or website link. Alma writes, designs and schedules the slideshows.

Start in Make

Rewrite it

Weak: "Just breathe."

Stronger: "Before you answer the text. In for 4, out for 6. Three times. Then type."

The second one has a moment, a count, and an end. That is a slideshow. The first one is a pillow.

Other rewrites

  • "Just be present" becomes "Put the phone on the table for the first five minutes of the meal. Pick it up after."
  • "Calm your mind" becomes "Name five things you can see from the chair you are in. Then start the timer."
  • "Give yourself grace" becomes "You missed yesterday. Open today's five minutes. Don't make up the missed one."

Check the slide

If you covered the words and the slide could belong to a candle brand, it will not get saved. Put a number on it, or a minute, or a place. Then point at the app only if the app runs that exact exercise.
